Insurance and Payment

Dr. Maher's office accepts Medicare and most major insurance plans. If you are unsure whether your plan is accepted, call us before your visit and we will verify your coverage.

Screening colonoscopies are covered as preventive care at no cost under most insurance plans, including Medicare, when performed for routine screening in eligible patients.

For patients without insurance or with high-deductible plans, please call our office to discuss self-pay options and pricing.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change and emergencies arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation or procedure, please give us at least 48 hours' notice.

Providing advance notice allows us to offer that time slot to another patient who may be waiting for care. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

If you are running late on the day of your appointment, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
